Since this year’s conference theme is all about healthy modes, we want to help you cultivate your creativity, spontaneity and playfulness, which can all be a foundation for your wise-mind. Therefore, the dress code for the Gala Dinner will be: Your Alter-Ego Theme
Maybe you want to dress as your secret super-hero, or as your favourite villain (even villains have fascinating powers, that can be used to fight for the good things😊), or as another alter-ego that just makes your happy child laugh…
We look forward to seeing your Alter Ego outfits :) - Venue: Palace of Culture and Science - Address: plac Defilad 1, 00-901 Warszawa, Poland. - Arrival time: between 20:00 and 20:30hrs (Welcome Drink) - Dinner starts: at 20:30hrs - Finishing time: 02:00 hrs There will be pre-booked transportation arranged TO the Gala dinner venue FROM the Double Tree Hotel only. Passengers must be at the Double Tree Reception by 19:30hrs, the coach will leave at 19:40hrs promptly (the journey takes approx 20-25 min). Kindly be aware that we will require you to present your QR Code upon boarding the bus. We will provide 2 transfers BACK to the hotel: one journey at 00:00 hrs and another one at 02:00 hrs - please note that seats are limited, you MUST BOOK YOUR TRANSPORTATION Kindly be aware that we will require you to present your QR Code upon boarding the bus. If these choices aren't right for you, there are plenty of Uber drivers and taxis in the area as well. **NEW - GALA PARTY ONLY** Want to join us for a boogie and some fun? Get your Gala Party ticket and dance with us until 02:00am! Entrance to the Palace of Culture from 11:00pm **Please note this is an Entrance-only ticket, drinks are not included. Transportation TO the Gala dinner venue is not provided, however, you might be able to book a transfer to the Double Tree hotel, if available (seats are limited).
